Good value for money

Better than a hot water bottle
So much more convenient than carrying a hot water bottle. The steam feel makes it moist heat which penetrates better than dry heat pads. Highly recommend for winter.

A: We generally recommend using the patch while awake to monitor skin sensation. However, if you have normal skin sensitivity, you may use it for up to 8 hours, but please ensure clothing does not bunch up against it.
