Dimensions check out
Works as described but the outer diameter was slightly larger than my housing expected. Had to ream the hole.

Good quality, slight resistance
Solid construction. Initially felt a bit tight but loosened up after a few cycles. Great for low maintenance setups.

No oil needed!
Love the self-lubricating feature. Keeps my workspace clean. Holds up well under moderate load.

Perfect for my CNC axis
Smooth operation right out of the box. The bronze sleeve fits snugly on the 6mm shaft. No noise during movement.
Q: Is the outer steel sleeve press-fit?
A: Yes, the outer steel sleeve is designed for a press-fit installation into your mounting bracket.
Q: What is the maximum linear speed?
A: For best performance, we suggest keeping linear speeds under 1.5 meters per second.
Q: Can this be used underwater?
A: No, this bearing is not designed for submerged operation. Moisture may affect the bronze sleeve.
Q: Do I need to add grease?
A: No, the graphite plugs provide sufficient lubrication for standard use. Adding grease may attract dust.
Q: What shaft hardness is recommended?
A: We recommend a hardened steel shaft with at least 50 HRC for optimal lifespan.
