Durable
Running for 6 months now on a conveyor belt system. No signs of wear yet and no squeaking. Highly recommend for industrial use.

Good quality
Fit well but tight. Had to use a press to install which is expected for bronze bushings. Just make sure you measure your shaft carefully before ordering.

Perfect for motor repair
Used these for an old fan motor restoration. The sizing was accurate and the oil impregnation seems sufficient for low-speed applications. Very satisfied with the quality.

Okay but oily
Came very oily which is expected but made handling messy. Functionality is fine, just wear gloves during installation.
Q: Are the bore sizes strictly metric?
A: Yes, the product line listed here uses metric bore sizes ranging from M3 to M60. Please verify your shaft dimensions before purchasing.
Q: Is a press fit required for installation?
A: Yes, a standard press fit is recommended to ensure the bushing remains secure within the housing during operation.
Q: Are these suitable for wet environments?
A: They have moderate resistance but are not designed for continuous submersion or harsh chemical exposure. Use stainless steel alternatives for corrosive environments.
Q: Do I need to add extra oil during installation?
A: No, these bushings are oil-impregnated during manufacturing and are self-lubricating. Adding external oil is generally not required for standard applications.
Q: What is the maximum RPM these can handle?
A: These are designed for low to medium speed applications. Specific RPM limits depend on load and shaft tolerance, but generally stay under 1000 RPM for optimal life.
