Excellent for high heat applications
Used these in a conveyor system near a kiln. Steel bearings failed within weeks, but these ceramic ones have been running smoothly for months despite the heat.

Smooth operation and lightweight
Noticeably less friction compared to standard steel bearings. Great for my high-speed spindle project. Packaging was secure and delivery was fast.

Perfect for chemical exposure
We use these in a washdown area with acidic cleaners. No corrosion whatsoever. They are holding up much better than the stainless steel ones we tried before.

Non-magnetic property verified
Needed non-magnetic bearings for a sensitive sensor assembly. These work perfectly and do not interfere with the magnetic fields.

Good quality but pricey
The performance is undeniable, especially in corrosive environments. Only giving 4 stars because the cost is significantly higher than hybrid options.
Q: Is the 6205 size currently in stock?
A: Yes, the 6205 Full Ceramic Zirconia bearing is currently in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours.
Q: What is the return policy if the size is wrong?
A: We accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. Please contact us for a return authorization.
Q: Do these come pre-lubricated?
A: They typically ship dry for high-temperature applications. However, we can apply high-temperature ceramic grease upon request before shipping.
Q: What is the maximum RPM these bearings can handle?
A: The maximum RPM varies by specific size. Generally, full ceramic bearings can operate at higher speeds than steel due to lower density. Please refer to the specific size chart for limits.
Q: Are these bearings electrically insulating?
A: Yes, Zirconia ceramic is electrically insulating, which helps prevent arcing damage in motor applications.
