Excellent Durability
Used these nylon sleeves for a conveyor system upgrade. They handle the load well and produce less noise than the previous metal parts.
Q: What tolerance levels can you achieve for custom parts?
A: Standard machining tolerance is +/- 0.05mm. Tighter tolerances are available upon request depending on the geometry.
Q: Are these materials resistant to industrial oils?
A: Yes, PA6 and MC Nylon exhibit excellent resistance to most oils, greases, and common solvents.
Q: What file formats do you accept for custom orders?
A: We accept STEP, IGES, STL, and PDF drawings. Please include critical dimensions in the PDF for clarity.
Q: Do these parts require additional lubrication?
A: Our oil-impregnated options are self-lubricating. Standard MC Nylon may benefit from light lubrication in high-speed applications.
