Excellent value for industrial grade material
Compared to other suppliers, this fabric offers superior quality at a reasonable price point. The weave is tight, and the coating is uniform. It cuts easily with heavy-duty shears but doesn't fray, making installation very straightforward.

Durable and reliable

Great performance, stiff initially
The light-blocking capabilities are excellent, exactly what we needed for our IR exit shield. The only minor issue was that the fabric was a bit stiff out of the roll, requiring a day or two of installation tension to lay perfectly flat. Once settled, it works flawlessly.

Solid product for safety compliance
Purchased this to meet new safety standards regarding UV leakage in our facility. It passed our internal radiation tests with flying colors. Deducting one star only because shipping took slightly longer than expected, but the product itself is top-notch.

Perfect fit for our exposure unit
We replaced our old shielding cloth with this Aizi Youfang fabric, and the difference is night and day. It blocks all stray UV light effectively, ensuring our plates don't get fogged at the exit point. The high-temp resistance is genuine; it sits right next to the heating elements without degrading.

Solved our curing inconsistency issues
We were experiencing uneven curing near the machine exit due to heat and light leakage. Installing this anti-UV fabric completely solved the problem. The temperature stability is impressive, and it handles the thermal cycling without warping.
Q: Will this block visible light as well as UV and IR?
A: Yes, due to its high-density weave and opaque black formulation, the fabric blocks 100% of visible light in addition to providing maximum protection against harmful UV and Infrared radiation, creating a completely dark environment behind the shield.
Q: Is this material safe to use directly in contact with hot metal frames?
A: Absolutely. The fabric is designed to withstand continuous temperatures up to 550°C and can safely drape over or attach to hot metal frames commonly found in UV curing ovens and exposure units without melting or losing structural integrity.
Q: Does the black coating wear off after repeated cleaning?
A: The UV-blocking properties are integrated into the fiber coating process, not just a surface paint. While abrasive scrubbing should be avoided, normal wiping with mild soap and water will not remove the coating or compromise the light-blocking efficiency.
Q: What is the lead time for bulk orders over 50 meters?
